Disaster Relief - Nashville, TN

We completed "mud-outs" for several homes, removing the flooring and walls damaged by floods, mold, and E-coli contaminated waters.

One disabled homeowner was cared for by her son, had damage to their home in the flood, one week later a drunk driver killed her son and her disabled husband had his leg amputated. Our hearts and prayers go out to the flood victims of Nashville!

It was our pleasure to serve the Nashville, TN area and to partner with Samaritan's Purse during this disaster response.

Crisis Response - Nashville, TN

The damage experienced by the homeowners in Nashville, TN was extensive. Debris lined the streets. The tears flowed with the stories shared. Over 12,000 residential homes were damaged by the floods.

During the clean up efforts, the walls and flooring of the water saturated homes had to be removed to prevent the spread of mold and E-coli in the homes. A bleach water solution was applied to the beams. The homeowners were very grateful.

Bluff City, TN - Community Outreach (April 14-16, 2010)

It is more of a blessing to give than it is to receive! We reached out to the needs of the local church and community.

One family was in need of a new porch. Their old porch was very dangerous and could have fallen down at any time. The husband is a veteran of our armed forces. We were able to take down the old porch and build back the foundation for a new two story porch. Some of the materials were taken from an old red oak barn on the property. The other materials were purchased from donations designated for community outreach.
-
The church, where we ministered, was in need of storage space and renovations. We purchased blinds for the front doors and two new storage units for items inside the church, along with some other neccessity items. These items were provided by the donations of our supporters.
-
If you would like to be a part in helping us help others, please make a donation to community outreach on our website at www.F2TNow.com/donate_now.

Wow! Now That's Power!

Matthew 28:6 said this about Jesus, "He is not here; he has risen, just as he said." The Bible tells us the same spirit that raised Christ from the grave dwells in us! Wow! Now that's power!
-

If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you have the power to overcome any trial, trouble, or tribulation that is in your life. Jesus has overcome death and that same spirit of life dwells in you! That's a great reason to celebrate today!

It's Good Friday!

Why is Good Friday referred to as “good”?

The punishment Jesus suffered was definitely not good. However, the results of Christ’s death are very good! Romans 5:8, “God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” 1 Peter 3:18, “For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God.”

“If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.” (1 John 1:8) “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23). There is GOOD news this Friday! Jesus paid the price so we can be forgiven. If you do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, you can find a simple prayer on our website-resources page to pray today (http://www.f2tnow.com/resources).

Community Outreach - Christmas

Words cannot describe the joy on the faces of the children and parents we were able to bless this Christmas because of our supporters.

We were able to provide bibles, toys, beds, mattress sets, household items and repairs, groceries, transportation, clothing, shoes, coats, and many more needed items. The greatest gift this season was a family of six who committed their lives to Christ.

Thank you so much to our supporters! If you would like to contribute to community outreach projects to help those in need, please consider making a donation today.
